- 02. Receive a free debt assessment
We will download a free credit report, assess your income and expenditure, and determine if you are over-indebted. You will qualify for a reduction of your instalments to a lower amount you can afford, If your income cannot cover all your expenses and monthly debt repayments.
- 03. Provide all relevant information
On completing the assessment, we will give you an estimate (98% accurate) of the total reduction you could get on your installments and provide all relevant information to enable you make an informed decision. If you wish to proceed, we will request for your ID copy, Payslip, and Bank Statement. Once we receive the documents, we will provide a completed form for signature. You can then sign either manually (print, sign, scan, and email or WhatsApp) or electronically through a link we will send to your phone. The link will give you access to view the document and the option to sign and download a copy to your phone.
